Validity of the sales contract, information on the goods and prices
Terms of sale are valid when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
Prices for products sold on the Online Store are in euros and are listed with the products. Prices do not include charges for delivery of the goods.
Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly with the merchandise.
Placing an order
To order goods, you must add the desired products to the basket. To complete the order, fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The fee is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid through a bank link or other payment method.
The contract enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the Online Store Account.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the expiration of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and reimbursed without delay, but no later than within fourteen (14) days of sending the notice.
Goods will be shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland. The seller will pay shipping costs.
Domestic shipments generally reach the destination indicated by the buyer within two (2) business days of the entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside of Estonia takes up to five (5) calendar days. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to deliver the goods within forty-five (45) calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
After the order is received, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the e-commerce contract within fourteen (14) days
[Depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right to withdraw, in which case the corresponding products and services must be listed, and they must comply with the conditions listed in subsection 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act]. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
In order to use the 14-day right of return period, goods ordered cannot be used in any way other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods in the manner permitted for testing goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, features and operation of the goods, or bear signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refund in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods. To return the goods, an application for withdrawal of goods must be submitted – the form can be found here: withdrawal statement, and e-mailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org no later than within fourteen (14) days upon receipt of the goods.
The buyer pays the cost of returning the goods, unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not conform to the order (e.g., a wrong or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within fourteen (14) days following the submission of the application or provide proof of having transferred the goods to the carrier during the said period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Store will reimburse the buyer without delay, but no later than within fourteen (14) days following the receipt of the cancellation application, any fees received from the buyer under the contract.
The Online Store may refrain from making refunds until the item covered by the contract is returned or until the buyer has provided proof of having returned the item, whichever comes first.
If the buyer expressly opts for a delivery method different from the most inexpensive delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store will not reimburse the costs exceeding the cost of the regular delivery method.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and to recover the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the Online Store has been mistakenly marked significantly below the market price of the goods.
The right to file a complaint
The Online Store is responsible for non-compliance with the contractual terms of the goods sold to the buyer or defects that existed already at the time of delivery and which occurs within a maximum of two (2) years from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer.
During the first six (6) months from the transfer of the item to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect was already in place at the time of delivery. Rebuttal of this assumption is the responsibility of the Online Store.
The buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within two (2) months at the latest, by sending an e-mail to email@example.com or by calling +372 5193 8370.
The Online Store is not liable for any defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have any defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will reimburse the buyer all fees associated with the sales contract.
The Online Store will reply to a complaint filed by the consumer in writing or in a form enabling written reproduction within fifteen (15) days.
